- Inspection dates named early — so they sit in the builder's programme instead of ambushing it

Will you work to our builder's schedule?
Yes. On most remodels we are one trade among several and we fit the programme. We ask for the rough-in date as early as possible, because every other trade waits behind it.
Can the old wiring stay?
Sometimes. Cable in good condition with an intact ground can often remain. Older ungrounded or cloth-sheathed cable in a wall you have already opened is worth replacing while the access is free.
