New Builds
New Construction Wiring in Yarrow Point, WA
On a new build everything can be done the way it should be, which makes the planning matter more than the installation. Discuss the drawings on (000) 000-0000.
Have us look at it — (000) 000-0000Circuit counts, lighting layouts, panel position and capacity for what gets added later are nearly free to decide at design stage and expensive to revisit afterwards. On waterfront lots there is usually a second conversation about feeds to a dock, a boathouse or a detached garage, and that is much easier to allow for now than to dig in later.

Detail
What we watch for
- Capacity allowed for later — chargers, heat pumps, shop and dock circuits planned now
- Lighting designed room by room — switching laid out for how the room is used
- Inspection stages scheduled — temporary power, rough-in and final, each booked
- Panel somewhere reachable — not behind a future wardrobe
Questions
Asked often
How early should we talk to you?
As soon as drawings exist. Panel location, service size and circuit count cost almost nothing to decide on paper and a great deal to change once framing is up. We are happy to look at a plan before ground is broken.
Do you sort out the temporary power?
Yes, on most builds the temporary site service is part of our scope, including coordinating its inspection so the other trades have power when they need it.
