Rewiring
Whole-Home Rewiring in Yarrow Point, WA
Rewiring an occupied house is mostly about access and staging: which runs go overhead, which go under, and how you keep a working kitchen throughout. We plan that first. Start on (000) 000-0000.
Have us look at it — (000) 000-0000A rewire replaces branch circuits, devices and usually the panel. It is the right answer when the house still carries ungrounded two-wire circuits, cloth-sheathed cable, or a patchwork added over many years. We scope from what is actually in the walls, not from the age on the title, because houses here have been altered more than most.

Detail
What we watch for
- Attic and crawl runs first — used wherever they beat cutting into a finished room
- Grounding brought up to date — every new circuit lands with a proper equipment ground
- The panel replaced with it — a rewire that leaves the old panel solves half the problem
- Access points agreed in advance — you know where we are cutting before we cut
Questions
Asked often
Do we need to move out?
Usually not. We stage the work so one area is live while another is open, and we leave you with working power, heat and a kitchen at the end of every day. If yours genuinely looked like a move-out we would say so at survey.
How much wall damage is there?
Less than most people expect. Most runs go through the attic or the crawl space. Where a wall has to be opened we keep the cuts small and in predictable places, agreed with you beforehand.
