Legal
Terms and Conditions
The terms covering this website and the work we carry out.
Last updated: October 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and electrical work carried out by Electrician Yarrow Point in Yarrow Point, Washington and the surrounding cities of King County. They are general terms for a small residential service business and are not legal advice.
Our Services
We carry out residential electrical work: EV charger installation, electrical remodels and renovation wiring, whole-home rewiring, dedicated circuit installation, emergency electrical service, electrical panel upgrades, new construction wiring, lighting installation and upgrades, and electrical troubleshooting and repair. We do not take on commercial work.
Use of the Website
The content here is general information about residential electrical work. It is not an instruction manual, and electrical work carries real risk. Do not rely on anything here instead of having a qualified person look at your installation.
Appointments and Estimates
Estimates are based on what can be seen when they are given. Where opening a wall, a panel or a crawl space reveals something that was not visible, we stop, explain what has been found and agree how to proceed before carrying on. Appointment times are an honest best estimate and can move when an earlier job turns out to be more involved than it looked.
Intellectual Property
The text, images and layout of this website belong to us and may not be copied or republished without permission.
Disclaimers
The website is provided as is. We make no representation that it is complete or error-free. Our work is covered by the terms agreed with you at the time of the job; nothing on this website extends or replaces them.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited. Liability for work we carry out is governed by the agreement for that work and by applicable Washington law.
Third-Party Links
We link to manufacturers, standards bodies and utilities where it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top.
